To our valued clients and potential clients:
We can still handle all of your tax prep needs and The Bottom Line takes the presence of COVID-19 in our community seriously. We live in a larger community and we all have a responsibility to control what we can. For this reason, we are moving to virtual or phone appointments only. We will re-evaluate in two weeks, but for now, all in-person appointments are canceled. I am in a high risk group. I am healthy and want to stay healthy and I want you to stay healthy too. Taking immediate measures to limit the spread of the virus is the most important thing any of us can do right now.
For clients who have submitted their tax documents to us, we will be uploading your finished returns to our secure portal. If you would prefer us to mail them to you via USPS, please let us know.
For clients who still need to submit documents, there are several ways to get them to us. You can upload them to your account on our secure portal (https://thebottomline.securefilepro.com/), fax them to us at 215-701-7538, Mail them to us (4116 Houghton Street, Philadelphia, PA 19128), or drop them off at our office. We have a locked drop box on the porch where you can securely leave your documents. NOTE: For security reasons, the IRS does not allow tax preparers to download email attachments, so please do not email us documents.
You can schedule Zoom or Phone appointments by going to https://calendly.com/thebottomline
You can still reach us by phone (215-238-0230) or email (firstname.lastname@example.org)
